The Rusty Old Wagon
One day I was driving,
Out on the road,
When I saw a strange auto,
Rusty and old.
The wipers were sagging,
The muffler was loud,
From the exhaust came a most putrid cloud,
The wheels were imbalanced,
The doors were a flappin',
All o' the windows were foggy and crackin'.
The car breathed smoke like an asthmatic dragon,
There's no way I'm driving that rusty old wagon!

After writing a number of realistic, "profound" and somewhat logical poems, I decided to do something different for a change. Since I like to observe cars on the street, and I find machine-based humor very enjoyable, it was only natural that i'd eventually combine the two. unlike my previous poems, this one isn't meant to have a profound meaning or message, so enjoy the change of pace! I had great fun writing this piece, and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed creating it!
