"It Always Seems Impossible Until It Is Done."
Nelson Mandela

Beware of me, the wager of wars, the root of prejudice,

The capturer of curiosity, the relinquisher of innocence

For I am a force of the most enigmatic kind,

One that permeates the sole and the mind

Yet love me oh! Do cherish me for the love I bestow,

And for the identity and originality of which I can control

Fear me, for I breed intense convictions

Manifesting in passion, in hate, both real or mere fictions

Heed me, for while my powers exist not in physical sense,

I can possess your life through sheer will and my presence

Be conscious of me, for in the eternity of life we shall never part,

Enemies or lovers, you and I share mind and heart

But who am I? This dominating tease,

This bittersweet fixture who makes you think as I please

Do not envision me, for my existence holds no form or shape,

But imagine me everywhere enriching the world with opinioned landscape

Who am I dear friend?

Oh but you must know! For we have grown and adapted together,

We have loved and scorned and admired without weather

I define you, and you redefine me,

Ah! This curious game that only we can perceive

Our intimacy, my whispers in your ear

Will only grow stronger now that you know I am here

Who am I my puppet?

…..

I am yours
