"You make a living by what you get, but you make a life by what you give." -Winston Churchill

Why do small things seem so huge,

Why is it hard, when I have to choose,

Why, when I win, I always lose,

In the morning.

When troubles melt like lemon drops,

High above the chimney tops,

Why does my mood seem to drop,

In the morning.

When I load up on the bus,

When efficiency is a must,

Why do I put up a fuss,

In the morning.

When my friends surround me,

And their laughter confounds me,

Why am I still frowning,

In the morning.

I think anyone can relate to my poem, you know that one day, or everyday, you just DON'T want to wake up, and you just feel like you can't get out of bed, even if the world depended on it? That's what this poems about.
