My heart is bleeding
Forever broken
All I'm needing
Are the words unspoken
But can you bear
To speak the truth
When in despair
I waste my youth?
Do you care?
Am I alone?
Are you there?
I'm I at home?
The blade is there
So end the start
And finish off
My bleeding heart
