Rolling credits, it’s the end,
The story of our friendship.
What happened now, where did it go?
I want it back again.
Lyrics ending, slowly fading,
The song halting its own tune,
I thought that it’d play forever,
But it’s stopping much too soon.
Curtains falling, actors bowing,
Lights off on memories,
Times together now fading fast,
For happiness never lasts.
Eyes are closing, never open,
Pain ending soon forever,
One last breath for you, my friend,
Please forget me never.
