My Four-legged Friend

Frustration floods through me. One sister says she hasn’t seen the lost sock, another blames the other and my parents have no clue. Yet, I forgot to reconsider one reliable place. She keeps it safe, sheltered and secure, waiting for me to get it and grumble, “good girl.” I love my four-legged friend.
