They say it’s Greener on the Other side

They say it’s greener on the other side
but how would they know.
If it was greener on the other side
why would they leave?
why would they come back to the dark and dull side?
If this other side made you happier why would you even think twice to come back to where sadness grows.
Where negativity fills the air and anxiety is a contagious disease
Is there even a better side or are you lying to give us hope.
Over here hope is not a thing nor will it ever be.
