Once upon a Dream

The stars entice a mind to play
scheming dreams it seems
falling into sleep
my mind wanders through
A feeling (in the form of lights)
slips by
taking my mind
along for the ride
And I imagine it to be
whatever it may seem.
On a ship
Across the stars
Clouds make waves
Speaking dreams
And living the nightmare
hush.
With a void that makes you speak in whispers,
A nights mysteries
All beneath sleepy eyes
Floating aimlessly upon careless wishes
Life fades to black
Eyes First Breathe
pondering a nights vision
