Favorite Quote:
“So the future seemed
To mingle with the past. For a short space
I saw revealed to the doubt the threads that bind
This little speck of time we call “To-day”
To the great cycle of unending life
That has been and that shall be evermore.”
-Tours

The daylight shines brightest in the dark of night.
A dark shadow attempts to darken an empty mind.
But, in the day light, little things shine so bright.
I hug my body in an embrace so tight.
The sun’s absent rays are all I try to find.
The daylight shines brightest in the dark of night.
With the one I love before my eyes,
I will never succumb to fright.
My happiness, depression tries to bind.
But, in the day light, little things shine so bright.
My nightmares reveal a horrid sight.
A punishment of warmth, written and lustfully signed.
The daylight shines the brightest in the dark of night.
No one can show the desired light.
Demons chant a song, their shrieks all aligned.
But, in the day light, little things shine so bright.
Undying love is all that make one’s world alright.
All the stars gleam, their celestial tips well-shined.
The daylight shines brightest in the dark of night.
But in the day light, little things shine so bright.
