Blocks upon blocks, stretched all around
Oak wood on land, cobblestone in ground
Although coal is basic, it is certainly a need
Chickens and pigs are necessary, for you also have to feed
Once you have a crafting table, you can build many tools
Then it’s all your own, there aren’t really any rules
The world is yours to explore, to conquer, and to mold
If you dig deep enough, you can even find gold
The elements will challenge you; there can be harsh rain and snow
You can plant seeds of vegetables, and even watch them grow
Getting minerals can be hard; there are challenges on the way
You better stay clear of lava, or there is a deadly price to pay
Beware of the night, for that’s when monsters wander and roam
They spawn in the darkness; you can hear the Zombies moan
Skeletons, Spiders, and Creepers are sure to be near
But Enderman is the worst, a whole different level of fear
Have your weapons ready if you want to stay alive
A sword is indispensible, if you plan to live and survive
This world is truly fantastic, or maybe spectacular is the word
I love the game either way; I don’t care if that makes me a nerd
Anything you can imagine, there is no limit or end
Unless you want something round, then maybe just pretend…
