Breathe
Calm.....
The soft feel of a hug
The sweet smell of a cake
The soothing sound of the sea.
A violin playing a timeless tune
A dolphin offering the hand of friendship
Just as a flower radiates light and beauty
So too, will you.
Be peaceful, be kind
Be loving and mild -
The world will be yours if you act as a child.
Kindness, mildness, faith and peace
Blend them together
Let yourself be loose
And you will have found what's known as a Truce.
