You drool a little
And eat a lot
You run around
And never stop
You cute and funny
Keep me on my toes
And when you don’t burp
We know where it goes
Playing with toys
Throwing them on the floor
Looking around
Because your dad came through the door
We gather your things
And put you in the car
Knowing that
You’re not going far
Waving good-bye
Blowing you a kiss
That day with my niece
Will truly be missed
