Raw Emotion
I’m always so cold, can you hear my teeth?
I’m covered in blankets but shiver beneath.
I’m always shaking, can you see my lips?
They’ve been taken over by a blueish tint.
I’m always scared, can you smell my fear?
I’m paranoid even when you’re here.
I’m always hypocritical, can you taste defeat?
It’s a bittersweet meal that I’m forced to eat.
I’m always there, can you feel my devotion?
I’m running off of raw emotion.
