Like An Ocean
When I have an anxiety attack and cry
It makes me feel like I'm near an ocean
Salty water on my face
I almost feel the sand
Dance between my toes
When the waves roll out
A strong breeze sprinkles my face
With a salty mist
My shirt blows up with the wind
And my pant legs get pushed back
I feel so right
Getting my feelings out
The ocean is so calming
It makes me feel alive
The waves drift away from me
Leaving my naked feet on
The wet sand
The wind stops
And everything becomes normal
My anxiety has left me
And I'm free from suffering
