Lost and Found
I walk around never knowing where to go
I'm stuck in a canoe without a paddle to row
I run through the woods looking for air
Even when I know nothing is truly there
I follow the streams to wherever they flow
But never notice the anger hiding below
I usually feel strength and determination
But here I feel stranded and lost in translation
I'm surrounded by faces I can't quite see
I'm afraid to look until I am free
My heart is racing too hard to hear
Being lost and alone like now is what I fear
I'm falling down a tunnel, dark as night
But then I stop falling and see the light
I'm back home and finally out
Now, I can trust myself, there is no doubt
