“No justice, No peace!”
It echoes
It rings
“No Justice, No Peace!”
Pale pursed lips grin
As the batons start to swing
“No JUSTICE, No PEACE!”
Men decked in armor draw forth
The children start to scream
“NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE!”
The white men pull daggers,
And in the sun their guns gleam
While Black Bodies hit the concrete
“NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE!”
The news trucks turn from their corpses
To put the looters onscreen
“NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE!”
Mothers grip the bodies of their kids
As their gory wounds seep
