People think that the feelings
hidden in the shadows
are
Greed
Anger
Lies

But that’s not true

Greed
Lies
Anger

have power to
control people with ease,
the world even
and there is
absolutely no need
for them
to hide

The real outcasts are

Hope

Love

Happiness

Courage

The feelings who
try
so hard to show
try
to enlighten
try
to make people believe
that they exist

And even Hope
the strongest of them all
forget that the people are in need
though
the people might not see it
just yet

But one by one
love
hope
courage

begin to lose interest
in helping people

the same people who
ignored them who
fell for
Greed
Anger
Lies

Someone comes along

someone who truly believes

in the importance of

Love

Happiness

Joy

Courage

Will

And that person
may be
just enough
to bring out the good
from the shadows
dank and dirty
and into the hearts of the people

I commented on your Meant To Be poem and this is even better! Again the word placement made the poem better than if it was just regular placement. I want to read more of your poems now!
