Best and Worst Sensations of the Gym
The smell of iron mixed with rubber from the equipment in the weight room is unique.
Every time this smell goes up my nostrils, I feel blood rushing through my veins.
It gives me the feeling of a mini adrenaline rush.
There is no better feeling then completing a great failure set. It makes me feel Hercules.
Lifting the bar up to finish the last repetitions reaching for the sky with rage and pain, making the muscles grow bigger and stronger.
The tear of muscle fibers in the body give me an indescribable feeling.
The worst sensation is not being able to walk after training legs, it is very painful yet satisfying.
The pain of walking up endless stairs is a torture but all worth it to achieve a great physique.
Building a great physique takes lots of sacrifice, dedication, discipline, and patience.
