Laying here in so much pain,
Knowing what's ahead;
Having to be strong,
For everyone else's good.
It's killing me inside,
To see their faces shine
With the tears they're trying to hide.
They'll never know why,
But God chose me now
To be the Hope
That none will fully understand.
I lay here dying;
In unbearable pain.
For this to be over,
Is my only wish to you.
