Trapped.
I'm trapped! Trapped like a fish surrounded by hundreds of hungry, bigger fish. Every day at school I hear people talking about the latest party drama, all about their weekend plans for sex, drugs, and alcohol. Is there anyone around me that wants their life on track? That can have fun without the illegal substances? I wish I could understand why everyone thinks it's such a cool way to fit in. I would much rather view my life sober than not knowing what happened the night before, or not having the option of being judged negatively by adults that control my future. I don't care about the negative judgment of peers so I will continue to stay strong through the big sea of hungry fish while the few that choose the right path of our lives and future stay stranded and excluded but happy in a real or different way.
