Crying is good for the soul; it’s a mental cleanse from the chaos going on inside of your mind. Crying is a release of emotions - it lets sadness, despair, frustration, stress, happiness, and utter joy escape into the empty void of the universe, making memorable moments as the tears dry. With these memories, with these reactions, we’re left to act: what have these tears done to us? How will they affect us? As a performer sings sweet lyrics into a full audience, remembering the work invested into this moment, remembering the sad story that the song tells, she may tear up. Seeing this and deeply moved, an audience member may tear up as well. With these tears, he will remember this performance. He will talk about the singer and will become inspired: how can he be as passionate as that singer was? He then tries to live his life from that moment out to its absolute fullest, inspired and now inspiring others to do the same. Tears aren’t always sad - sometimes, they leave a happy wake.
