What was Hurricane Katrina? Hurricane Katrina was a big massive hurricane, that hit New Orleans and hurt a lot of people. The things that caused the hurricane was the levees breaking, and them not holding still.
Hurricane Katrina destroyed New Orleans. There was a disaster that missed New Orleans by a little bit. Hurricane Katrina could destroy a lot of things. The government needs to come up with a way to help people, like tell them when the disaster could be coming.
