Robert Pattinson: “If you find a girl who reads, keep her close. When you find her up at 2 AM clutching a book to her chest and weeping, make her a cup of tea and hold her. You may lose her for a couple of hours but she will always come back to you. She’ll talk as if the characters in the book are real, because for a while, they always are. Date a girl who reads because you deserve it. You deserve a girl who can give you the most colorful life imaginable. If you can only give her monotony, and stale hours and half-baked proposals, then you’re better off alone. If you want the world and the worlds beyond it, date a girl who reads"

Summary:

The world was at war. Not just a war, but a full out massacre. Everyone against each other, with no hopes of survival. Chrissie, from an abusive family, runs from them before the massacre reaches her home and hides away until all sounds of death is gone. Noah, from a loving, rich family, also runs away, but not because he wants to. His family wants him to hide and ensure that he will be safe. They both think they are the only two people left alive. When they cross paths, they come together and find humanity in New York, under a cruel dictatorship who may just destroy the rest of humanity himself. It's up to the two of them to overthrow him and restore humanity to peace and restart the beginning of everyone's lives, but will they win? Or will they lose and humanity will be lost forever?
