Getting off the plane, feeling the fresh breeze hit my face, while looking at a sign with “WELCOME TO HAWAII” on it. As the sun shined on my mom, brother, and I, we started to walk to pick up our rental car to help us get around Honolulu. Once we got into our car, we went to our hotel to settle down to get ready for our wonderful day. While walking to the back of the hotel building, I could smell the fresh blue water, as I began to step onto the soft sand. Walking pass the smiling Hula girls, a man handed us a coconut with a beautiful Hawaiian necklace to welcome us to the beach.
