We all complain about the petty things, but no one tries to change them. Who are we to talk when we have NO control? So here’s my goal, to change the world with my writing. Yes, I understand, I’m only fifteen. How can someone so little and unimportant change the world, something so big and significant? I probably won’t succeed, but so many people are unhappy with living and life shouldn’t be that way! Life should be worth living, and we should love it! I understand what a lot of people go through, whether I’ve been through it or not. As a fifteen year old I’ve been through a lot more than a fifteen year old should. Drugs, depression, heartbreak, and many more things are a lot for one to overcome. I want my life to be purposeful and although I know I’m too small to change things with my actions, I want my writing to make people say; “WOW! How stupid have we been?” In my first two years of high school I drilled into my head that I’d be nobody, and that I’d have no future. Now I’m at the end of my sophomore year and I’m beginning ti ==o think I might actually have a future in writing. The thing is, I don’t want to be just another meaningless writer. I want to write something that has such an impact that makes people love life again. I want my writing to have such an impact that people see me in the store and tell me I saved their life, or I helped them find a light at the end of their dark tunnel of a life. So I’m going to try my hardest to achieve my goal, but most importantly, I WLL change the world. <3
