My Duvet Cover
My duvet cover is big and soft. It's decorated in blues and greens. It sits on the floor at the foot of my bed. My duvet cover holds many memories although it hasn't been with me that long. Everyday I get home from school and surrender myself to its comfort. I've spent countless hours thinking and listening to music while either sitting, or laying over it. I feel safe on it. I can stare off into space and dream without being touched by the real world. My duvet cover is almost like a friend to me, and one I wish not to lose.
