Just Give Us Every Other Monday
I go to middle school l in Park City Utah. We start school every day at 7:30am. I have to wake up at 6:00 every morning, by the end of the week I'm so tiered. Usually, on Friday afternoon I go home, hang out with some friends and sometimes I babysit. Saturday is usually the day of the week that sports take up, weather its soccer games, dance competitions, hockey matches, or football games. They always have them start early, so you have to wake up early for the sixth time of the week. Then comes Sunday, where most people have to go to early mass, and once again wake up at 7:00am. That is 7 days of the week without sleeping in. Not only that but with the amount of homework that my school gives us you go to bed around midnight every night.
This is why we should have Monday off every other week. It is a proved fact that teens need the most sleep, and we really are getting the least.
