the age of 5
Whenever you were five years old you didn't care if you were wearing lime green and a pink top, matching wasn't the issue.
This was the year you were headed to kindergarden and your mom cried and so did you.
Remember that day you came home and you were so excited because this boy in your class wannted you to come to your birthday party? I do! Or that time you made your first friend and still today she's your best friend? Welcome to my life.
Those are the things that truly count. Whenever you're 80 years old and your grandchildren tell you about how there first day of kindergarden was, I hope you remember the day you were them and how you were the star in every adults eye.
At times like these, It's okay to look back.
