Belize Navidad
"Belize Navidad" by Kim Do is a wonderful piece of writing which makes great use of vivid descriptive language, and flows fantastically well. The text describes the protagonist's trip to Belize. While in the the minuscule Central American country of Belize she engaged in many activities to enrich her knowledge of the culture. She visited many important cultural landmarks, and improved her knowledge of the ancient Mayan culture. Above all she learned about the wonderful people who both visited and resided in the country. Everyone from Swiss globetrotter a to British entrepreneurs everyone had an important lesson to teach, and a way of life to demonstrate.
As an avid traveler myself I can relate to what Kim was saying. My favorite part of the article was when the author stated, "Let's go somewhere."
