A Cornfield Misadventure
“A Cornfield Misadventure” By Paige D is a nonfiction story from the October issue tells the story of how a teenage girl and her friend crashed their car in an effort to get to a farm on time.
As a competitive road cyclist, reading this article had two completely opposite effects on me. I was disappointed to hear how drivers think and react while in a vehicle. A car is a dangerous thing, it can take a life in an instant. Besides this I was also able to relate to Paige’s post-crash feelings because I have been shaken up by multiple high speed racing accidents.
I enjoyed your article, but reckless driving can become murder before you can think twice, so avoid it all together.
