Ralph Wilson Stadium
The writing title “Ralph Wilson Stadium,” written by Daisy T., talks about the loyalty of the Buffalo Bills’ fans. Her writing left me feeling impressed with the fans for their loyalty. I agree with this reading because I know what it’s like to stand in the freezing winds during a football game. The cold can make you want to sit, but that only makes it worse: “People’s legs shake violently underneath their weight, but to sit down would mean permitting the harsh elements to seep into your limbs, layer by layer.” I see many kids at my school go under the stadium or in the bathrooms just to stay warm and not watch the game: “The not-so-dedicated take refuge in the bathrooms, hoping the hand dryers will provide some much-needed relief.” The loyalty of the fans who sit through the harsh climates, even when their team is struggling, is truly amazing.
