Stop Bullying

Even though I wasn’t bullied, I felt like I was.
The looks I got, always being one of the last ones
picked to be on a team, not having many friends...
I felt judged.

My classmates in middle school told me
“You are weird” and “You do drugs” ... boys would call me “emo”
just because I had black hair and wore black eyeliner.

I felt left out by my friends; Am I not good enough?
I feel the same today.
It makes me feel like they don’t want to be around me.
And that I’m just a last resort. I feel unwanted...
Unappreciated... Miserable. They don’t understand.
No matter what I say to them
or do, nothing changes.
What do I do?

The kids who get bullied are destroyed
and depressed…
To the point where they want their lives
to end.
It’s not okay for an 12 year old to be cutting themselves...
Bullies need to stop and realize how much they’re
destroying people.
The bully needs to be in the position
of these kids (if they aren’t already) to understand
how they feel. Some bullies are only bullying because
they get treated like dirt at home. So they take it out
on others.
Why don’t they ask to talk to someone about it?

I haven’t experienced or seen severe bullying.
But I can’t imagine myself in that situation. I don’t
understand how people can be so cruel... What makes kids do this?
Do they
see or know what they’re doing? Why can’t these bullies
keep their thoughts to themselves?

Schools don’t do anything about bullying. But why?
They’ll talk about it, but then the bullies will continue what they’re
doing.
It’s going to take more than a “I’m sorry, I won’t
do it again” to get the bully to stop.
I do not understand
why schools won’t do anything about it. Aren’t we
supposed to be/feel safe at school? Why are there
police officers at our schools if they are just going to
stand by and let the bullying continue?

“Ugly, fat, emo, weird, go die, no one likes you...”
No one should be called these words. It can
destroy someone to the extent where they want their
lives to end. Being treated differently and being pushed
around hurts. It hurts more when someone bottles it up
inside. Schools need to address bullying
and take it more seriously. There are too many people, mostly teens and
kids ending their lives... Are we really going to sit back
and watch this happen?
