Thank you
I don’t understand why
I find it hard to remember your features,
Your laugh,
Or where you came from.
On the other side I with no doubt recall
You being just as terrified
As I was.
And you
Knowing it was wrong
And yelling it out to the world,
Like I should have.
I may never recall your face
Or the tone of your voice
But I promise I will never disregard
That because of you,
I never got touched where I didn’t want it again.
