&ldquo; This life is what you make it. No matter what, you&#039;re going to mess up sometimes, it&#039;s a universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you&#039;re going to mess it up. Girls will be your friends - they&#039;ll act like it anyway. But just remember, some come, some go. The ones that stay with you through everything - they&#039;re your true best friends. Don&#039;t let go of them. Also remember, sisters make the best friends in the world. As for lovers, well, they&#039;ll come and go too. And baby, I hate to say it, most of them - actually pretty much all of them are going to break your heart, but you can&#039;t give up because if you give up, you&#039;ll never find your soulmate. You&#039;ll never find that half who makes you whole and that goes for everything. Just because you fail once, doesn&#039;t mean you&#039;re gonna fail at everything. Keep trying, hold on, and always, always, always believe in yourself, because if you don&#039;t, then who will, sweetie? So keep your head high, keep your chin up, and most importantly, keep smiling, because life&#039;s a beautiful thing and there&#039;s so much to smile about.&rdquo; <br /> ― Marilyn Monroe

Anne was on her way to hang out with her best friend Christian. Her eyebrows were coming together as she tilted her head. Confusion ran all over her body. She knocked on the door and Christian answered it. His hazel eyes were filled with worry and confusion.
“Why are there moving trunks on your port?” she asked while pushing her light brown behind her ear.
He looked directly into her blue eyes and said “Anne, I’m moving.”
“Why didn’t tell me this earlier?” she asked .Her voice was getting louder, but you could the pain she was going through.
“I didn’t tell you because…” Anne cut him off.
“What you didn’t me to get hurt or angry, well, I think it’s a little too late for that.”
Christian saw the pain all across her face. He knew she would probably never forgive him. His eyes were starting to form tears as he watched her run away. He didn’t know what to do with himself. He thought he lost the one person that meant the world to forever.
It’s been two years since they fought. Anne isn’t the same anymore. She started failing classes, cutting classes, almost bullying other girls. She changed and not for the better.
One day Anne saw him and he was moving back into the neighborhood. She thought she was seeing things. She thought he would never come back at all. They haven’t talked to each other since the fight they had. She could feel her heart beating faster every second. Anne wanted to cry tears of joy but she couldn’t. She remembered what happened the day he left.
How is this possible? She thought.
Christian saw her. He saw her sullen face and the way she would act that no one in the world mattered, not even herself. He wondered what happened to the girl he was in love with. The girl he was too afraid to leave behind. He did everything he could to bring her back. The girl he knew and loved.
As time went by Anne started coming back.
One day, they both went to the carnival they had in town. Anne was finally herself. She was the happy bubbly girl Christian knew. He was smiling ear to ear as they were walking home. He couldn’t stop staring at her plump, pink lips.
"Everything was perfect tonight," Anne said.
"I was hoping you would say that," he said while ruffling his blonde hair.
His hand found hers and their fingers were laced together.
"There's something I always wanted to do," Christian said.
"And what would that be?" asked Anne.
Before she knew it, his lips were placed on hers. They felt like they were on top of the world. All they needed was each other. They were in love. They were infinite.
However that ended soon, a car was passing on full speed. The driver was in such a rush, that he didn't noticed them and ran them over. At 3:43 A.M. they were pronounced dead.
