The Crossover by Kwame Alexander
I never thought this book would make me want to read it every second of the day. The Crossover is about 2 brothers obsessed with basketball. I thought this book would be simply talking about basketball but it is so much more. Page by page stanza per stanza it showed me something more and more about the event and character in this book. In one page you can have lessons from the dad and in the next one a whole other thing like the relationship between JB and Alex. This book is a life changing book that shows you different things like how one simply decisions can change their whole life. The theme to this book is importance of family. You would think this family bond is unbreakable but is it? I would recommend this book to readers that enjoy books with fast life changing decisions.
