Confessions of a Serial Kisser by Wendelin Van Draanen
Confessions of a Serial Kisser
by Wendelin Van Draanen
In the book Confessions of a Serial Kisser, by Wendelin Van Draanen a girl has to solve problems happening at school, at home and with her friendship. A High School student named Evangeline is looking for her perfect kiss. As she is looking for this perfect kiss she has to go through a hard time in school because many people are spreading rumors about her that are not exactly true. She also loses the friendship between her and her best friend, who had been supporting her in this hard situation, and has to find a way to regain it. While her friendship was getting destroyed she notices how she wasn’t giving someone else important in her life a second chance. She tries to find a way to solve everything with the advice from her mother. In the end she works out the rumors, her family problems, and her friendship. Even though she doesn’t find what she has been looking for and the reason for the whole situation, someone else does and she is happy for that person.
