Summer Ball by Mike Lupica
Summer Ball
Summer Ball is a great book. It’s book two of a two book series, the first book is Travel Team. I am one of the people who hates to read and this book I absolutely loved. It kept me reading and I had fun reading this book and I never wanted to put it down.
This book is about a kid who is short and small but loves the big man game basketball. Danny meets up with old rivals from past tournaments and also some of his best friends. He goes to a basketball camp with his best friends. He is only in 8th grade and he is playing against highschoolers. He make new friends and has troubles with old ones.
This book is especially for the athletes, and sports lovers. This book I highly recommend for the basketball players out there. This is a great underdog story.
