Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
The book Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins has a lot to live up to, being the last book in the Hunger Games Trilogy, and it not only lives up to its expectations but exceeds them. This was a thrilling series and the final book raps it all up perfectly.
In Mockingjay the people of District 13 are looking to Katniss Everdeen to encourage the other districts to join the rebellion and take down Snow. Even with the rebellion there is still the thriving sub-plot of the love triangle between Katniss, Peeta and Gale. Who does Katniss love? It takes some time but the question is finally answered.
I recommend this book because it is the perfect combination of a love story in a post-apocalyptic world. This series shows that you must fight for everything and never give up if you really want it.
