Homelessness
In the November, 2013 issue of Teen Ink, Amber Warrick left me feeing blue, while reading her article “I Am Homeless”. I can relate to how she is feeling. Although I have never been homeless, money can be a struggle for families in today’s society. My family and I have struggled with money before in the past, it can be very nerve wrecking and stressful, going day by day, wondering whether the situation will worsen or get better. My family and I have never been to the point where we almost lost our home such as Amber did, but we have definitely struggles before. I don’t see people in Ayersville often losing their homes, but I see kids at school struggling with money, such as to pay for school lunches.
