Apple recently came out with their brand new rendition of the iPad 2, with the iPad Mini. Just months ago, on November 2, 2012, the iPad was released at Apple stores. Why is the new iPad Mini such a catch? The answer: it has an incredible performance.

The iPad Mini has new features. The mini is now the smallest possible iPad and is 23 percent thinner (7.2 mm) and 53 percent lighter (0.68 lbs.) than the original iPad. It’s possible to hold it in one hand.

According to Apple.com, “We wanted it to be small, but not too small. It had to be big enough to do all the things you love to do on iPad.”

The new iPad is only 7.9 inches tall.

Although the iPad mini is much smaller, the seven-inch tablet has a 35 percent larger screen than the original. But even though the screen is much smaller, it doesn’t seem small. Apple designed the mini to take up a minimum space with a large enough screen to be able to do everything you can imagine: read, write, play game, and browse the internet.
The iPad Mini also features over 275,000 apps. The apps are immersive and full screen. It’s a whole new iPad, with even more apps to explore.
The new iPad allows you to download, stream videos, and search the web with their advanced Wi-Fi technology.
The mini also has a connector like the new iPhone 5, called the Lightning Connector. The best feature of the new connector is that it’s reversible; there is no wrong way of plugging it in.
The iPad Mini includes multiple improving features, but doesn’t lose the prominent features od the iPad.
“They make iPad mini practically impossible to put down,” Apple says.
