The Man with No Shoes
The writing “The Man with No Shoes”, written by Madeline Gerber, talks about how much you can tell about a person by their shoes. Her writing left me feeling impressed. I strongly agree with this article because I feel like you can learn a lot about a person by the shoes that they wear. I understand where the author is coming from when he says, “What kind of man couldn’t afford to buy himself shoes.” I agree with this because shoes can be found at a very inexpensive price. Also, in today's society almost everyone wears some sort of shoe whether they are cheap or expensive. One way that the author judges the man with no shoes is when he says, “A man who was of questionable intelligence.” in this the author is saying that a man that does not wear shoes can not be intelligent. I feel like this article is very well written and the points they are pushing a very valid.
