Sleeping and eating is her specialty,
She can sleep 12 hours of the day.
She has an awesome personality,
was adopted and once was a stray.
For two years now she's lived inside my house,
most nights she will always sleep next to me.
She practices with string to catch a mouse,
And she does, giving it to me with glee.
Yet it's common for her to disappear;
One second she’s here the next she is not,
Always missing when someone wants her near.
Is this all a part of her secret plot?
On my life, she’s forever left her mark,
the second I met Smudge, we had a spark.
