The Call
Down the hall a girl can’t be heard
She cries out for help, nobody cares enough
What people don’t know, is that she is stirred
Unsure of where she is to go, it’s tough
Bullies don’t care the impact, they see the end
Pretending the outcome does not exist
She is alone, all she wants is a friend
Her life is about to take a big twist
She wants it done she picks up a gun and…
She sees what her future could be maybe…
Then one person reaches out, it may be grand
Her life is saved, and the girl seems lucky
All it took was for one person to have love
And the girl wouldn’t look down from above

This is for high school students who may not think of what their words may mean. The Call to be kind and think before you say things you may regret.
