The Expectations of the Unexpected

Have you been perplexed about your future?
Is it something to dread or be enjoyed?
Perhaps you may have questioned its structure,
Like gazing in a dark but shallow void.
Assumptions do not assure what’s to come,
For your next move could be your very last.
You could bust a move that may reek of dumb,
Or be known as the Chaplin of the cast.
Do not believe all that a psychic says,
They speak nothing short of lies and rumors.
They want you to believe the lie that is,
Then take the money from their consumers.
But let’s sit back and roll with the punches,
Maybe it will differ from your hunches.
