When a real thing takes you
Past whatever
You are used to
It is everywhere around you; and whoever
Took you there
With big eyes and life
Without a care
Will be the one to dig the knife
Deep in your bone
The unseen knife that hid
Until the silver shimmered and shone
From evil that could not hold a lid
All at once, you saw
What we all see, her flaw.
