You call me stupid, ugly, weird and fat,
But see, I have a problem with that.
I may not be perfect or even near,
But I like who I am, so you won’t get my tears.

What makes someone so bitter, that they have to hurt others?
Did no one love you, tuck you into your covers?
That’s still no reason to make someone upset.
And you know, there’s something else I don’t get…

We are all different people, we have different tones,
But when it comes down to it, we’re all flesh and bones.
So why must you hurt others, make them sad?
And hey there’s something else I’d like to add…

Before you say those not so kind words, here’s something to believe,
The world is dark because you make it, there’s nothing wrong with me.
