Why do some people seem so far away?
Sure they might not be right beside our home
But it’s not hard to contact us today.
We are all living in the same time zone.
You only know us when you need some thing
And when it is convenient to you.
Other than that you are there for nothing.
It seems like when she left us, so did you.
You are there for me on the holidays
Or in the summer is when I’ll see you.
When you come up you can take the highway
And you can get a look at Pittsburgh’s zoo.
You will be here forever in my heart
And we will never be broken apart.
