A Heavy Feeling
As he rolls his body out of bed
A burdensome rock bears on his chest
This feeling he endures every day
Will surely never go away
Hesitantly, he opens the door to the school
Where of course he’ll never be cool
With the distressful feeling still in his chest
He tries his hardest to be his best
But best isn't good enough in this life
Appearances and first impressions cause much strife
No matter how hard he struggles, how hard he tries
He can never escape from the vicious guys
Malicious words, biting remarks
All pent up until it really starts to hurt
With nowhere to turn, all he can do is cry
The rock keeps on expanding until he utters his last sigh
