Red Dress
Although she seems quite unaware
Boys are watching her red dress flow,
And as she ignores their obvious stare
They wait for Cupid to fire his bow.
She finds a man and holds his hand
He smiles at her and straightens her crown.
Then he gives a nod to the band,
She twirls around while he starts to frown.
He sees all the boys waiting for a dance
And begins to hope she'll never leave.
He wants to be her only romance,
The only man she'll ever believe.
The father looks down at his little princess,
As his baby girl twirls in her red dress.
