A Wrong Turn
I am washing away in the midst of a storm.
Drowning in a sea of crystal tears
Slowly being suffered from clean and fresh air.
Just as any girl I begin to mourn
Trying gracefully to steer
Through a fighting wind with care.
You parting as if it were a norm
Even though we had common years
I begin to think they were thin and bare.
You, in my eyes seemed to transform
But in spite of my fears
My love for you became aware
Your affection was only born
When looking for acceptance from your peers
You left with not even a fight, because you never cared.
